I've spent 20+ years untangling enterprise software. I like messy problems with a dozen stakeholders and no obvious answer, and I keep at them until they make sense to the people using them.
I'm a maker. There's usually a canvas half finished, a camera in my bag, something in the garden, and a new tool I'm teaching myself.
I meet people where they are. I ask before I assume, and I'd rather have the awkward conversation early than the expensive one later. People tell me I'm direct, and I take that as a compliment.
Home is Austin and Colorado, with my partner Derek, too many plants, and live bluegrass whenever I can get to it.
